The tour gives travelers the opportunity to explore the spiritual side of Bulgaria- a land of mysteries, hidden in signs, images and legends. The itinerary reveals a different aspect of the standard trip- travelers not only enjoy the sightseeing and relax, but they are also given the chance to feel the magnetic power of the most energetic places in Bulgaria- spots, which have become a subject of international scientific research and exploration, but still have not unveiled their secrets. This tour brings the spirituality and mystic energy of the Balkans together with the widely spread Eastern philosophy and way of life- yoga. Travelers participate in yoga classes, the locations of which are the most powerful centers of kinetic energy on the Balkans. The unforgettable experience for all participants in this adventure results in a total relaxation of body and mind, and a pure reload with positive energy.


Day 1– arrival in Sofia; transfer to hotel; overnight in Sofia (city hotel***); dinner included.

Day 2– transfer to Rila Mountain National Park- chairlift to the area of the Seven Rila lakes- one of Bulgaria’s not-to-be-missed natural sites- seven glacial lakes, located at the foot of a massive cirque, an altitude of about 2500m; the area has become a sacred meeting point for the followers of the famous White Brotherhood (Danovites), who celebrate their New Year there on August 19th; overnight at a mountain hut; breakfast and dinner included.

Day 3– a day at the magnificent Rila Lakes- walking, yoga class; free time; overnight at a mountain hut; breakfast and dinner included.

Day 4– transfer to Melnik- the smallest town in the country with deep traditions in wine producing; on the way visit the Rila Monastery- the biggest Bulgarian Orthodox monastery, established in the 10th century and part of the UNESCO world cultural heritage; overnight in Melnik (hotel***); breakfast and dinner included;

Day 5– walking tour in Melnik, including wine tasting at a local winery; visit the Rojen Monastery- biggest monastery in Pirin Mountain- one of the few Bulgarian Orthodox Monasteries, dating back to the Middle Ages; yoga class- enjoy the scenic view over the famous Sand Pyramids; in the afternoon transfer to Kovachevitsa and Leshten- established in the 17th century, the villages are hidden in the Western Rhodope Mountain and boast unique atmosphere and authentic architecture, revealing real rural Bulgaria; overnight in Kovachevitsa  (guest house); breakfast, wine tasting and dinner included.

Day 6– walking tour and yoga class in Kovachevitsa and Leshten; in the afternoon transfer to Devin- one of Bulgaria’s most visited mineral water resorts, located in the Southern Rhodope Mountain; overnight in Devin (hotel***); breakfast and dinner included.

Day 7– walking and yoga class in the beautiful area of Devin; visit the Yagodina Cave and the Devil’s Throat Cave; walking in the Gorge of Trigrad- unique canyon of vertical rocks, reaching 350m in height; free time- enjoy a relaxing SPA therapy at the Devin’s SPA centers; overnight in Devin (hotel***); breakfast and dinner included.

Day 8– transfer to the central Rhodope Mountain (Asenovgrad region); on the way stop at the Wonderful Bridges- natural phenomenon of arches, located over 1400m above the sea level and shaped by water, the highest of which reaching 45m; yoga class; lunch boxes included; visit Bachkovo Monastery- second largest Bulgarian Orthodox Monastery; overnight in Asenovgrad (hotel***); breakfast, lunch boxes and dinner included.

Day 9– walking to Belintash- the beautiful rock plateau with traces of human civilization, presumably used for rituals or as an astrological map by the ancient Thracians, often referred to as a mysterious spot of highly concentrated energy, hiding the secrets of our ancestors; the area around the village of Mostovo has been a subject of scientific research for many years, but most theories still don’t have an explanation; yoga class; overnight in Mostovo; breakfast and dinner included.

Day 10– back to civilization- transfer to Plovdiv- the second largest Bulgarian city; visit the Old Town and Antique Theater- the best preserved monument of Roman culture in Bulgaria; walking tour; overnight in Plovdiv (city hotel***); breakfast and dinner included.

Day 11– transfer to Sofia- city tour, including a visit to the Boyana Church, one of the Bulgarian historical sites, listed in UNESCO; overnight in Sofia (city hotel***); breakfast and dinner included.

Day 12– departure; transfer to the Sofia airport ; breakfast included.
